The Pub

This is the sight that greeted us at the pub this evening. That is the River Loddon starting at the bench and extending way into the distance, across it's WIDTH. And I really fancied a pint too.

This is normally quite a busy roundabout.

This is Why You Buy a 4x4

There's always one. The car in the middle has been abandoned (why he even attempted, I don't know) but the 4x4 is heading straight through.

Just as well this is a proper 4x4, and not one of the poncy 4x4s.

Now let that be a leason to you. If you want a 4x4, you must buy a Land Rover. Puddles are no match for these things. I think he may have soggy feet though. If not, I'll be very impressed.

This is actually still here from the gas works. Quite fitting really.
