The God of squirrels will keep an eye out for me when the squirrels take over the world. Today, I had the opportunity of continuing to drive at 30mph and turn a squirrel into a road rug, or brake and save his life. I chose "brake". He took his paws off the top of his head, opened his eyes, smiled and ran off.

You didn't say if it was a red or gray squirrel. It might be important. For instance, a red squirrel
might have learned not to sit in the road, and therefore helped survival of an endangered species.
By the way, the answer to your puzzle is: The ages are 25, 3, 3.
Here is a new one for you. Unlike the above, it shouldn't be easy to find on Google.
From Meccano Magazine, October 1943:
A cyclist has been travelling to and fro from his work for a few months.
He works out that he has travelled a total of 1243 miles.
How many miles a day does he travel, and how far away does he live from his work?
Whoa - how's that for confusing... I commented on my own blog, but I didn't. That means 2 of the Colin Seymour's of the world have bumped into each other.
Yup, it was one of those vermin grey ones, but some how I don't think the red ones will be taking over any time soon... they've got a lot of work to do. My first suggestion is to get in the gym and learn to kick some grey squirrel arse.
Nice puzzle Colin, and you're right, the solution isn't on Google (I couldn't resist the urge to check). I've worked it out, but think your puzzle is worthy of a place as a main entry.
