Today's a big day. No, not Independence Day (we live on this side of the pond), it's Claire and my first wedding anniversary.

Happy Anniversary my love. One down... hundreds to go.

- 5 Feb '12 → Just finished making my first ever all-grain beer (BIAB SMaSH) . It took a bloody long time so I really hope it's worth it.
- 4 Feb '12 → Might have to cancel tomorrow's run; there's at least 5cm of snow and some huge flakes are falling. Will reassess in the morning.
- 4 Feb '12 → Just need to remember to bring the beers in before bed. Beer lollies aren't very nice.
- 4 Feb '12 → One plus side to the snow: I don't have to keep my beers in the fridge to keep them cold. The balcony works wonders.
- 4 Feb '12 → Nice to see the man of the match is a ringer. I think only the French don't have a southern hemisphere ringer or two this year.
