Videos like this one from our friend in Wales really shouldn't be necessary, but as long as people continue flout the the laws and continue playing with their phones whilst driving, there's always a need.

This afternoon, I decided it was about time I harvested out potatoes. They've been growing in the 1m³ lined cane box in the corner of our balcony for several months now and the foliage has pretty much drooped and was almost dead.
Check 'em out...
12 affordable seed potatoes produced a fantastic crop of 1.75Kg. I'm sure if I followed all …

Happy Easter everyone. Remember, today is a day all about eating lots and lots and lots of chocolate chickens and bunnies and eggs, but no puking. Enjoy.
I'm proud to announce British summer time is officially here. Last weekend saw just the changing of the clocks. This weekend saw the introduction of the shorts, for BOTH days. Yes, I'm back in my summertime shorts. I hope we're in for a good one this year.
Meteorologically speaking, yesterday was the first day of spring in the northern hemisphere. Sadly, it was such a busy shift that I didn't get a chance to welcome everyone to start of the best part of the year. Today is my day off and it's a lovely day outside. I think I'll go wash my car and enjoy the sunshine.
