I've just check the BT website and apparently our phone line has now been fixed. Woohoo!!! We can now get calls and use the tinternet at home again. Pity it took them 3 days to even bother looking into the problem :-(
Do people actually listen to voicemail? As a company policy, we must setup our voicemail on a daily basis, state our name, company, the date and if we're going to be away from our desk or are working odd hours.
