It's amazing how time flies when you're having fun (or working). We've been back from our summer hols for a week now, and I've finally found the time to get round to letting you know about it. Believe it or not, I actually started off very well and had the photos edited and uploaded within two days, but just haven't …
The traffic in Wokingham is a right pain-in-the-derrière when a train comes through. The barriers on the level crossing come down and the traffic stops. Now imagine living in Gibraltar where the same process happens whenever an aeroplane - yes an AEROPLANE - comes in to land or takes off.

The best job in the world has gone (to a chugger from the UK) and I missed it. I didn't even know it was being advertised. Oh well, maybe next time - it is only a 6 month placement after all.

This installment covers our time in Yosemite National Park, the Monterey area and back to San Francisco.…
Welcome to the second part of our honeymoon trip. It's been a while since I posted the first part as I've been busy working my way through the photos. I also had to wait until the end of October to upload them as we were really close on using up our monthly broadband bandwidth allocation for the month.
Well, I think life is starting to get back to normal now. I've managed to clear my mailbox and read through all my news and blogs etc and our sleep patterns may just be returning to normal, so I think it's time for a summary of our honeymoon.
As you will have no doubt seen, we visited northern California for a…
